Various things are required for successful business and the foremost thing is to study market situation and conditions that are always uncertain so that in future there will not be any problem in setting up everything. After all people who are having the business can grow or even get loss.
Time is the biggest factor for achieving everything.

I agree with you all. But if everything is well planned and organized in advance there is less chance of making lose.

Being in business for myself I can say
Setting up a business plan is essential so that you know what you are budgeting to connect to your target audience. Second to this is the image that your company is sending. Is your product or service easy to use? Does it already have a track record of success? What are the current trends in the market you are looking at? Can you bring something new and potentially unmatched? (ie Starbucks is known for their staff remembering peoples orders and names and therefore people were willing to pay twice as much for a cup of coffee!). Last, I would suggest 6 months of reserve cash for economic changes. Seems a lot but issues occur that create easy losses.
Best of luck to anyone who tries to start a business.
