    Default How to sell 500 residential units in one month

    Hello everyone,

    I'm developing a residential apartment of 900 units.

    Currently my target is to sell 500 units in the next 30 days.. I'm wondering what would be the best marketing strategy to achieve such a target.

    Some details :

    1. Already advertising campaigns on newspaper, radio and magazines are running

    2. Have a small network of dealers who helped me sell most of the inventory so far.

    3. I'm not a mega builder, but hold a decent reputation in the marketplace.

    Could someone help me formulate a plan to sell 500 units in a months time, I'm sure it is possible.

    first i would like to tell you keep wait for some times, if your ad running and already you going with online and off line advertisement, it will take some times to grow your business. best thing to improve to selling more, Hire Experience vendor or real estate broker" .

    Yes you are right. The best way to go about it by recruiting bigger brokers and associates in a short period of time and also motivate them to sell our flat.

    How do we go about aggressively recruiting more qualified brokers - any set of strategies, book you could suggest.

    How about produce an infomercial? Depending on where you're located, I can recommend a close friend of mine who has his own production company.

    Produce the infomercial in a way that appeals to local bird dogs. Shoot various (properly lighted) scenes from your office, showing the audience close ups of closings, paperwork, etc. (Showing the prospective bird dogs, you're serious and have money to pay them). Set up an 800 number they can call. Make their, I don't know $500? Commission contingent on the client closing.


    Just an idea.

    Make a webpage with a lot of pictures of your residential property. Post the website link in your adds this will make you look:

    1) More professional
    2) Provide the clients an easy way to find more information about the residential property
    3) Provide the clients easier methods to contact you

    Best way is to showcase the Inside and Out and Community of the home's. And I mean full motion video.

    Go to HomeVideoTour (.com) and see how I do my video's which have sold my homes faster than others on the market.

    Then syndicate it all over the internet (One site can syndicate to 15-20 major sites to get the word out). You can also invite local news channels to do a local feature on the market including your new community. Last, an incentive for other Brokers to cooperate would be a great benefit to sell that many units.

    All the above replies are quite beneficial and very important and it is not that easy to sell total 500 residential but by implementing all the tips and it can be possible.

    I wanna say before get this target try to set your name with fame in market, get market value, make you listed in local places. Coz location plays vital role to get target, Find out public demand & interest........

    Sell in bulk or under market value? With all due respect, that is almost 17 units a day, or one every half hour - to an hour....you are going to need help, and a lot of.

    1.Advertisements makes a lot.
    2.Customers should easily know about the property.
    3.Easy access towards the property.
    4.You can give your advertisement through local news.
    5.Local media can also help.
