Default Great Real Estate Marketing Idea

Setup a youtube.com video channel and record one video a day about a real estate question or a client agent scenario. Make the video 1 to 3 minutes long and keep building your youtube account. Make sure your write your titles long and descriptive as well as a very detailed description about the video. You should at the close caption tags on the video its self to allow major search engines to better scroll it.

You should link the youtube.com account to your twitter and facebook account.

Do this every day for 6 month and you will see a huge response. Then you can do 1 video a week or even get a website going with users where you share real estate secrets in a 5 minute weekly video.

Very thought provoking! Sounds like the toughest part will be coming up with tangible and highly searched real estate questions to video blog about.

I actually really like this idea. I think it has the potential to give a major bump to SEO efforts. The concern I would have would be that it seems like more real estate agents would be drawn to these videos than real estate buyers/sellers.

According to me, Local listing and locating services to Merchant Google check out can be the best to get visibility and traffic that will turn into leads.

I do not think that sorting the most asked questions in real estate is going to be a problem if you are in the field and already working with clients. A little experience and knowledge is all you need to understand what is needed and how to answer them.

    Default Very Annoying Though

I highly recommend you do not do the walking/driving Realtor updates. These are often very shaky and annoying to the public. You'll see very low views on these.

The above is the right idea but it still needs to be professional looking or you will lose out on the time you've invested. So careful to make a good product and don't focus on daily but more quality feeds as those are more important.

I'm actually going to be using this technique this year but driving traffic from the local market is key and my main video will be on my services and the differences between other agents work and my own.

Feel free to contact me if you need a professional upfront Video promoting your services. You can see some of my work at YouTube with the username/handle of BusinessVideoTour

    Best,
    John Perkins
