I've been at it for months and months now here in Florida doing the same old, same old that my brokers, sales managers and team leaders have been teaching me.
Start a conversation everywhere possible, go after Sphere of Influence, Lis Pendens, Expired and Withdraws using hand written, stamped, personalized letters, phone calls, door knocking, you know the same stuff they teach every new guy.
I'm getting zero results.
I have a lot of people training me that have a vested interest in me making it and still nothing.
I'm even under direct training from a team leader that has 30+ years experience and is successful and has become a friend.
I have a great website, that of course nobody finds because I don't have enough money to properly do SEO and I'm not good enough to do natural SEO.
There has to be a better way to market myself and get listings and buyers with a very small advertising budget.
Maybe mobile phone advertising, social media advertising, something, anything that actually produces results.
I know there are a lot of Realtors in todays market experienced and new that are doing well with small advertising budgets and not solely relying on referrals, but nobody wants to give up their methods to the competition.
Can any Realtors that are making it in todays market and are not doing it mostly with referrals, aren't trying to sell me their system, don't have unlimited advertising dollars, have fresh, new, innovative ideas and are not afraid to let me know their methods can you please help me.
I'm very hard working, smart, honest and love the real estate business, but it's time that my license made me money instead of cost me money.
