Costly Mistakes When Buying a House
How do you determine whether or not the purchase of a home makes sense? One good caution is to always avoid costly mistakes when buying a house. If the purchase of the new home does not make sense, there is no way of enjoying it. Instead more and more problems will come along like unexpected increased interest rates of loan application or decrease of the value of the home.
Only one way of avoiding costly mistakes when buying a new house exists. There is no substitute of listening to the advice of experts in the real estate business. These experts are aware that though your home purchase is traditionally an excellent financial investment, there are means to put more cash in your pocket from the transaction. As such, you must select a reliable and exclusive buyer

Some good tips here. Definitely need to consult multiple real estate agents in the area to get the most recent feel for the market as well. Don't be afraid to prod and poke as the advice is free and they will be looking to help you with the purchase as well. A small investment of their time may make a big difference in your outlook.

Major Mistakes
Major mistakes often people do is they get tempted by advertisement or often get cheated by promises of huge return on investment. We should always do background research of the person from whom we are going to buy the property(owner).

One costly mistake
is when a buyer operates only with himself. With the assistance of legitimate real estate representatives, buyers can be assured all things are in good hands.

Buying a new home is a very important decision in one's life.So before buying, you should check various things such as a good neighborhood with all the amenities. If the neighborhood is good, then almost all the problems gets solved.

As i think we have not make a hurry because it is a great decision of ones life so we have to consult with many real estate agents and escape from attractive advertisements and research on the land piece which we are going to buy.

I think are important to be alert of.
The first one is skipping the home scrutiny.
The second costly mistake comes from wrong or partial information on what your future financial obligations for taxes and/or monthly society fees will be.
The 3rd costly mistake is trying to buy a property without having a good buyer's agent in place of you.Last edited by clive123; 01-05-2011 at 01:46 AM.

The most costly mistake a person or couple can make when buying a house is miscalculating their financial capability. Individuals and couples should always plan on the worst case scenario, and allow themselves an ample buffer for unforeseen circumstances.
