Smile Free Mortgage Tax savings Calculator for your web site.

I created this widget because I could not find anything like this anywhere.

I read a lot of articles about the tax saving benefits of buying a house but there was no easy way to calculate how much those savings would be. In the end I decided to write an online calculator that would estimate your sax savings. Just enter your income, house purchase price, and few other details and it will estimate your tax amount with and without owning a house. It will also show you how much money you would save on your taxes by purchasing that house.

The tool is located on my page and free to use. (just paste the code at the bottom of the page to your own page and it should just work.

I hope this would be nice addition to your web site tools so your first time buyers would get to use something that is very unique and useful from your web site.

You are right about monthly mortagage payments. There are countless online calculators to calculate the mortgage amounts based on the purchase price and the down payment. However, there is not a single calculator that will calculate the tax savings you will get from getting a mortgage. Only thing out there about this subject is articles that talk about it. If you need the actual numbers this calculator will do it for you. It would be a nice addition to any real estate agents web site since there is nothing out there that does this.

When I was in the mortgage business, I paid $500 every year for a software that would do a lot of calculations/analysis for my clients, and one of the calculation was tax savings. I could do many of the calculations on my own but that software put everything into a nice layout. I am glad you have created this widget for tax savings because that is a major advantage for homeowners.

Thank you for your great comment. I am hoping that other agents would find it useful as well. Nice to be able to plug in your income and the house price and see how much you will actually save on your taxes.
