    I would say a good agent is one that stays involved in your selling process, helps you to avoid any hurdles, markets your home efficiently both off and online, and is honest when it is time to drop the price, etc.

    I think the number one priority in finding a real estate agent should be finding somebody that you are comfortable with, are confident in, and can connect with. You should want to work with somebody that you feel goes to the table with your best interests in mind, NOT just somebody that you think is smart and capable, but may just be looking at you as their next commission.

    Not every real estate agent is fake some are very good and they even help you to understand all the things well. This problem happens mainly with the first time home buyers.

    Therefore, it is required to go for all the all measures that are very necessary.
