    I agree the internet is where you need to be to be successful in real estate these days. You need to get your listings out so people can find them on the net.

    I just read anarticle about the 2010 NAR report - Profile of Buyers and Sellers, that showed that the internet is where home buyers are looking first.

    Yes if a realtor is not honest he will be take such type of steps that we can be ruined completely so that its a major factor that a realtor should be honest.

    I completely agree with your consistency point. Most agents will "farm" an area once and then never return after being discouraged.
