Default Questions about what marketing materials you use to promote properties you represent

I am going to leave this as open ended as possible so I can get a feel for what you are using to promote properties you sell.

I'm not talking about mls or anything of the such, but rather materials such as flyers, rack cards, property websites, etc...

    Any info would be great...

Well-designed, well-placed, hard brochures and flyers can be extremely effective when used properly, even though they seem to be an increasingly overlooked medium (notice I said overlooked, and not obsolete). A strong web presence can also be extremely beneficial. It's really a matter of finding which marketing materials reach your targeted customers most efficiently, rather than a matter of which marketing materials are "best"

Online marketing seems prospective now; it involves less investment and gives good result. So I will recommend to promote your business through website, blog, emails, social media etc.
