iPhone/iPad apps for Realtors

Hi guys,

Have been using an iPad app I found for a couple of months now and it is absolutely brilliant. It is called Property Register. It allows you to set up custom registers for properties and collect client data on the go then export it back to your computer via email.

Just search "Property Register" in iTunes. It's on sale right now too, dunno how long that will last though.

Has anyone got any other apps or tools they use to stay ahead of the pack? Help is appreciated!

What do you mean that you are able to collect client data? Are these clients also users of this App? Sorry...I'm confused here...

mnhouses: The app works in a sense where you create a register for each individual property. I use it 2 different ways:

1. When I have an open home I will leave it on the dining table or kitchen bench and allow the viewers to enter their information. most are extremely impressed with professionalism of using an iPad!

2. When doing private viewings I will carry the iPad with me as I show the clients the property and enter the information as they provide it.

I really do find it useful and use it daily!
