    Default Advertising with Zillow

Has anyone had any experience advertising with Zillow? I have been advertising with them for a few months now with mixed results. I am interested in knowing other peoples experience with them.

Yep, I have advertised with Zillow in the past. I don't think it resulted in any specific showing activity in my listings (but it is impossible to know this). However, my sellers seem to like how Zillow shows how many people have looked at their listing each week. It's usually not a lot of traffic (i.e. 10-20 visits), however it at least provides some piece of mind for sellers in this buyers' market.

I never tried. But they have a nice user interface and overall the website looks good. Will definitely try it in future, perhaps in 2011

    Default Advertising with Zillow

The key is a lot of publicity, leading to emotional access points and attractive to consumers in their own terms. Zillow allows the agent to do much about it. I wish the kids who come to Canada to use their services in the real estate market in Calgary.
