    I tried my best to get proper tool related to real estate. But i couldn't get success. But if it becomes possible, it would be good invention in real estate field......

    I read this entire string, and I'm still unclear what is meant by a "real estate management tool". Is this a way to track the status and follow-up of each active real estate lead?

    This is what E&O's for man.

    If one is an employer, there's D&O and Employer's Risk Policies for risk transference.

    Plus if one is shrewd, one can postpone "court" proceedings indefinitely.
