Need a GOOD Lead Management System!

Hello Everyone,

I need a good Real estate lead management system. I have leads coming in but need a way to best manage them and turn them into clients. I am struggling to find a happy medium between not enough touches and too many. I have looked into several programs but nothing has really stood out yet. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Thanks!

The most well known system is Top Producer, which is a good system if you can find the time to learn it and can afford it... however, many Realtors, including myself, use the system that comes with their website. Another standalone system I have tried is RealFutureCRM, but for now I am sticking with the system from my website vendor.

I'm in the same boat...needing a great system to keep myself on track without paying a bundle. I've been doing a lot of searching too and one that does some cool things is a program called Realty Juggler. It didn't fit all that I needed, but check it out. It's only $99/year!

This is good topic choose to about management system the majority fine recognized system is Top Producer, which is a fine scheme if you can locate the point to study it and can pay for it though many Realtors counting myself, use the scheme that come with their website. I've been liability a lot of probing too and one that does some cool clothes is a agenda called Realty Juggler

Anybody used lead360? Not sure how good it is but a lot of people have said that they use it. So do your own research before using it.

Top Producer seems to be the popular choice among most real estate professionals for a third party lead management system. There's also a system called RE Phone Burner that seems to be a big time saver if you're looking for a system that helps you reach more leads via phone.

One of the best and lowest cost lead mgt system is moresolds. You can use it for free and you can just pay for the services you like as an add in ( email campaign cost around $4.95 extra per month ).

Zoho crm can also be used for free for up to 3 users.
