    Default Online Lead Capture Tools

I have got my seo placement where I want it. I am always striving to increase business though. Now I am focusing on increasing my lead capture. I have a couple of things to capture leads.

    1. A foreclosure alert
    2. Different articles about buying and selling
    3. Home evaluation form

Does anyone have anything good they use on their websites to capture leads? Please let me know. I am always trying to improve. I do not make people sign in just to look at the MLS. Does anybody require that on their website?
