Default Online Marketing Saves Time and is Cost Effective

In addition to the huge audience of excellent prospective clients, the Internet offers both convenience and cost effectiveness that traditional media cannot. Web sites are more engaging and informative than even the best brochures. Emails make it easier and cheaper to keep in touch with existing clients. You do not need to have a four or five-figure marketing budget to create a professional online presence.

    Thanks for...

Default Online Real Estate Marketing Vs. Traditional Real Estate Sales

Online marketing is certainly more effective then traditional channels. I've spent and wasted so much money on traditional marketing with 0% return. Compare that to online marketing where I've had a simple real estate article or blog post generate a real estate client that results in a $5k or $10k commission. Certainly a much better use of your marketing efforts.

One of the problems still seems to be convincing the client that traditional marketing doesn't sell homes. It seems like such a waste of money to run traditional ads because the client demands them.

The company's basic introductory information can reduce to the efforts to make the customer clear about and make it easy to gain the customer's confidence.

    Amen to that!

Inexpensive, effective marketing is available to everyone with the internet. I like the 'Crush it" guy, Vaynerchuk, who talks about how the internet has leveled the playing field so we all have the same opportunity. In fact one of my fav stories in his book is the Canadian real estate agent who is selling like crazy just by doing videos. I don't live in Vancouver, but went to his site just to check out what he's doing..

I also agreed with this point of view that the online marketing is the best way to promote your business in a very short period of time and it is cost effective also.
