Permanent House Swapping/Trading versus Selling
Selling a home now has become very difficult. We have come up with a new concept. It's called Best House Swap. People go to our website, listed below, and list their homes and/or commercial properties. We have been running this website for two years now, and have had successful tradings. TIME magazine had run a story about us, and we have been in CNBC, ABC, and the Daily News.

What are your thoughts on house swapping? Do you think it will be more successsful than selling a home in this economy?

Good Idea
I guess it is a good idea, but for the customers to find an ideal home you must have large listings of diverse properties as some might be interested in South France property, some in Spain property and some in other property...

If one "trades/swaps" their home for another, are they able to make customizations? Or do they have to live like they are renting the property?
