    As the City of Toronto continues to move violently with traffic obstruction and overall public moving issues, more than three-quarters (76%) of Greater Toronto Area residents feel that it is likely companies will soon begin to set up offices away from the city

    Well, as this companies try to move away from the city, chances are people living in long distance places can afford to come to their offices as easy as possible and with no worries at all at traffic obstruction and other city stressing problems.

    If this scenario happens again, I think it would be more profitable if businesses would start rather residential building properties or condo unit.
