    Question How to Move Land

I have really enjoyed reading and participating in the forum. I have learned a lot. I currently am having a hard time moving a lot I have. It is in a mountain area in Southern Utah. It is great to build a cabin on or there are a lot of improvements that will help to appreciate the property. So, I have been trying to market both to individuals and investors. I have not had much luck. Do you have any suggestions on how I can move the property quickly.

You should let a professional like me take over!

I have been moving lots even with the downturn of our market. Its all about pricing them correctly then following through with advertising ect.
