Marketing Properties For Sale with Video?

Hi Members,

We have been doing a few videos of properties that we have for sale, we did our first one last year and got a lot of traffic through this one that we did. Since then we have done another 12 recently, apart from it being quite time consuming, the amount of views hasn't been what we expected, especially after the first one that we did having so many views.

However, lots of people have jumped on the bandwagon now, every Estate Agent and his dog are doing videos of properties now, but I have not seen anyone having quite the same success as our first video.

We have optimised the youtube page as well as possible, uploaded the embed script to our website and other websites.

Do any of you have any good tips for video marketing? And how we can get the amount of views / traffic up and how to convert these visitors / viewers into sales?

You definitely got it right about every realtor and their dog is doing it! So you are trying to get prospective clients to view the video, send them to your site and capture them their?

Try to promote your services doing SEO - some link building for example. It can help you a lot. Then may have your videos on YouTube. It can also be a chance.
