Default Can You Really Make a Living With Real Estate Investing

But back to the matter at hand. You can really make a living investing in real estate! But it's not going to come from chasing after foreclosures. It's to time stop trying to compete against hundreds of other investors who get the same lis pendens list from the court house or other sources of public information.

What do you mean can you make a living in real estate. It is being done constantly. You have to make up your mind about taking action, then you have to make your mind up about how much do you really want to make in this business.

Of course you can do it, but I think now it can be rather hard becasue of the crisis when the situation on the market is not stable. But in general it's a good opportunity.

    Default Yes! Yes! and Yes!

I am sorry, but foreclosures and short sales are so abundant right now that if you have money to invest, that is exactly what you should be doing! I invested in real real estate for many years and 9 out of 10 properties that I bought were repo's. Sure, it takes a lot of work on your part but if it was easy to do this stuff and be successful at it, everyone would be doing it. It takes WORK! So if you are looking to get into investing, I thinking repo's are the best place to start.

Of course individuals can make a living AND MORE from investing. Investing is actually a great avenue to pursue if you have the drive, motivation and foresight. Takes a lot of time and analysis but so does everything that has the possibility of making you a lot of money

There are many risks in the field, from where you will get best earnings. It is upto us what steps we choose and how well we implement it so that we will get proper response and hence, I actually consider this a better source of living.
