Can someone help with a sample letter to mail possible customers that are in default

Does anyone have any sample letters or ideas of what has worked for them on approaching new customers that are in default or the early stages of foreclosure. I do drive by BPO's and would like to contact these customers for a possilbe listing. Does anyone have a sample letter that they send people that are in default for possible contact to talk to them about listing or there options?
