What is more important price or desired property?
Hi,
There is always a question that comes in the mind while investing in any thing but the answer never comes.
There is more to a property than its price like the location. The cheap tag does not always necessarily mean a good deal, often a wrong decision is made due to low price. One still has to know whether the property is in good condition or whether it needs major repairs and how much the repairs will cost. Either way, it is better to know the market value of such property and to see for the state of the property in which one is interested in.
Thanks

It depends on the situation on what to choose for. If you have more money, you can choose of what you desire to buy. But if you hve only minimal budget in buying a house, find the house that near into your desired one but see if it is cost-effective.

Couldn't have said it better myself!
I think desired property trumps here. A cheap price tag doesn't mean you are getting everything you want. And when you are making such a huge investment (this house will be your HOME), getting what you want is what is most important.
Good luck!Alice

It would be nice if we could have the best of both worlds and get the perfect house for a low price. In realty reality however, if you find a house with a cheap price tag, it most likely needs repairs and a bit of fixing up. It also may not have the location, schooling, proximity, or neighborhood you were originally aiming for. To obtain your dream house, you may have the stretch your budget a bit.
I have to say that most of my clients (usually the ones with more money) say desired property is more important. I have to agree. If you get that low priced home, and its not everything you'd hoped and dreamed for, you're just going to find more and more things you dislike about it.

According to me desired property is very important and even beneficial. One need to be very careful about choosing the desired property with land value so that later it will be helpful in getting the desired price.
