Default How one can increase the rate of property?

    Hi,

Ofter a proper repairing of a house one can increase the rate of the property

While it is true that hardly anyone will buy a house that needs many repairs ranging from the paint being tarnished or peeled off to a leaky basement, it is also true that there are websites wherein you can sell the house as is.

    Is really repairing results good?

    Thanks

You are absolutely right for a property to have higher rate it must be equipped with modern facilities requiring no repair. Also location should be good.

I completely agree with the above suggestions.

Invite a realtor or interior designer over to check out your home. Many realtors will do this as a courtesy, but you will probably have to pay a consultation fee to a designer. Check with several designers in your area; a standard hourly fee is normally less than $100, and in an hour they can give you lots of ideas for needed improvements. Even small suggested improvements, such as paint colors or furniture placement, can go a long way toward improving the look and feel of your home.

Of course when you buy a house where you need to invest more on repairing and there are site which offer such houses, but it's not going to be cheaper for you. It's better to buy a house with some more or less repairing and to pay a bit more.

Yes, you are absolutely right but location is what more important aspect and it will somewhere very beneficial for you as, how beautiful the house is but, if the location is not good then no body will afford to buy that house that is why it is essential to buy a house when location is right.

    Thanks

The property value will go up after repairs.. And maybe I am not getting the right idea, but I feel like there's something being said about profitability. It isn't true that its not profitable to invest into deteriorated houses, there's lots of potential in those and a whole market exists, which people make significant profits of. If your house needs repairs and a proper valuation is conducted, the major blows to the value of the property will be by structural damage, such as cracks in carrying walls and columns, etc.

Yes, it is. It adds value to your property. You should get an appraiser to know the value of your house or a home stager to help you stage your home and sell it fast.
