Marketing the handover of flats (when customer is given the keys of flat)
Hi friends,
I am student of one of the leading management colleges in India. I am working on an academic project in real estate. Its called "marketing the handover process"
Most real estate companies ignore the customers after sales. However, if a marketing scheme is built around the handover process, it can increase customer satisfaction..
What I mean is the activities that can be done while giving the keys of flat to the customer:
for eg: a Puja can be performed, a box of chocolates can be given, gifts can be given.
If you are aware of any such practices by any builder, Please reply on this thread.
Also suggest ways of marketing this final step...what all can be done while giving keys of flats to customers...pour in your ideas...

The idea is great- to get some help after the house is sold. I think the best way here is to get some legal help.
