I think getting motivated sellers to contact you is what real estate investing is all about as, one of the better way that we have been successful is to locate potential deals which is somewhere very necessary as, it will be better in terms of getting quality sellers to market.

Exactly it is very important to be little specific about being creative and in terms of what as there can be many areas where we can focus and make out something that is we need to be creative in making better investment by many ideas like getting social media approach which can also be very good in terms of better creativity.

Investing is much more difficult to do 'creatively' these days. Today, I think creativity is about structuring purchases with other investors, not necessarily with banks
