With Internet Marketing becoming increasingly important to real estate marketing, I thought a thread where people could post their url (for review by other community members) would be an interesting topic.

It's a new thought, but the theory here would be, that people can list their website, and others from within the community can take a look and offer feedback (through private messages so it doesn't get too clogged).

Hopefully the feedback will help you make a site that works for your customers and provides you with leads.

I use baynet as our service provider. Anyone know anything better? Their back end is a little clunky and cost alot of money to get anything customized. Anyone know where i can just get idx feeds to embedd into my website?

Most of them venture out to share their expertise on the net. Similarly, in the real estate industry, there are many people who venture out to do just that. What a great way to get feedback on your site...ask. The navigation is easy and the prices for the vacation rentals I looked at in AZ are fantastic.

I'm an online marketer as my profession. I work for the College of Continuing Studies of a major University in the South East and handle all the Online Marketing efforts (from PPC and landing page creation to managing the CRM and developing the relationship until conversion).

I don't mind contributing to the community here by giving an honest review of a few sites. Just to limit the review, I'll focus on 3 areas for the review: 1. Trust 2. Perceived Expertise/Authority and 3. Lead Generation

I'll be releasing an Online Marketing System geared toward Realtors later on this Summer so at that time I would love to get some feedback from you. In the meantime, I hope I can help you all out as much as possible.

Great site... I think these recommendations can make it even better. I put together a quick PDF presentation that includes analysis in the three areas I mentioned earlier and some recommendations for each.

(It looks like the rules say I have to have 15 posts to post a link on the forum) I'll just include the picture of the URL. IT'S A PICTURE SO YOU'LL HAVE TO TYPE IT IN... I hope this doesn't violate any of the rules.

P.S. - You really have great functionality already. These few tweaks and advice should help you on the marketing end by focusing more on lead generation. Of course, these are just a few things of the many you can do to keep increasing conversions!
