So what kind of file would the audio be in? MP3? Are there any issue with compatibility when adding this file to sites on which most realtors syndicate their listings (i.e. zillow, craigslist)? Can you give more specifics as to how it actually works? Now I'm interested but I'd like to hear more. Thanks.

I think it's an interesting idea, but I'm not in a position to help you one way or the other... having said that, I think that adding music will be a great addition, as music can add emotion and inspire a feeling that words alone cannot...

but if you end up adding music to your pieces, you may want to consider buying a copyright cleared library. While it's highly unlikely you would ever get busted for using copyrighted music, the penalties can be severe... particularly if you're making money on your venture.

I know someone that may be able to set you up with a pretty good little library of custom music for a few hundred dollars. His website is Orchestrated.tv

The stuff on his site is pretty eclectic, but he's got a music collection that would be excellent for the type of music you'd be looking for.
