Default IDX and Lead Generation - do they have to cost a lot to work?

Hello, I'm a relatively new realtor who has just moved to a new market in Canada and I'm looking to jump-start my business. I'm investigating lead generating companies and one that I've come across is Tiger Lead Solutions, is anybody familiar with/using them?

I'd really appreciate any feedback you can give me on this as they are quite expensive and I don't have a lot of money to spare (who does).

If you're not familiar with Tiger Leads or you have other solutions that you've tried I'd love to know about them and a ballpark on what you're spending, the percentage of solid leads that you're getting and an estimate of the conversion time.

I know I'm asking a lot but this is a really big decision and I need all the help I can get!

Thanks so much for you help and if you've got anybody that needs a home in Calgary, Alberta - I'm your girl!

    Cheers,
    Diane Richardson

Lead generation doesn't have to be necessarily expensive but it IS time consuming. Do they have a good reputation? And in real estate too? You can try Google-ing them and see what others have to say.
