yes email marketing helps you ... I myself have exchanged emails with someone I met at a meeting ... but as a think you dont have to stick with that only .. you get and postive reply from that ... but also have to use some other online marketing like blog.. forum posting etc etc... there you can reach max people ...

Email marketing is no doubt proves to be very effective in gaining people's attention so that to let them know the importance of real estate and the updates for making fruitful investment that are very necessary.

It can be a method to promote some houses or property, but you should use something else for promotion. It works, but not 100%

I send out a mass email at least once a month. It at least keeps me in front of people. I do well with person emails sent after leaving a phone message.

What software do you use to send mass email? Are you referring to direct mail marketing? I have subscribed some offers, and I keep receiving emails from them, I regard it as spam.

"Email Marketing" is a pretty general subject but definitely one to be used by us Realtors and agents. It can be VERY effective if you have a strong list or audience.

One of my favorite methods of email marketing is to throw up an "opt-in" box on my blog.

You can offer something of real value for free, not just a newsletter sign up (boring). Entice prospects to sign up and give you permission to email them and build that relationship, which is what leads to a profitable client.

Oh yea, a good autoresponder company to use for this would be Aweber. Very user-friendly.
