Mail Box Letter Drops

Hey Guys,

Im an agent from Australia, just looking around the web and this site here looks interesting!

Im just fishing around for idea's, im looking for more listings and have been doing letter box mail drops around my local suburbs.

Im just wondering, have any of you got any examples of what I can put into mail boxs to try and get listings?

If any of you can email me any examples it will be greatly appreciated!

Are you talking about doing expireds/fsbo's or farming your area? I dont know about Australia, but in my area many communities/developments strictly prohibit soliciting. Perhaps somebody here will be able to give you information you can use (i.e. examples). Good luck.

Im talking about doing letters/ flyers/ brochures and putting them in the letter box of homes.

Just something saying, I want to list your home etc.

In Australia, its not ilegal.

For me, this is not a good idea. You can try other way than dropping papers on their mail boxes, the easiest way that I could recommend is to search online for the listings available in your area.

hi

what about posting ads in online classfied Ads sections where sellers are advertising to sell their properties. There are many sites of that nature where you can directly target sellers.
