Default Don't Try To Re-Invent The Wheel! Just Do What Top Agents Do!

This a great link to a bunch of free audio interviews from KW Agent Mountain. Gary Keller, the founder of Keller Williams Realty, sits down and talks with mega agents around the company, who are willing to share how they do it. There is no point in trying to reinvent the wheel! There are very successful agents that are willing to share with all of us how they do it. I hope you find this information valuable.

Thanks for sharing. There is so much to be learned from these agents. I really like what they are doing to generate clients.

    Cool

I couldn't agree more. Do what the "big boys" are doing

There's no magic to it, it's just hard work in marketing your business.

From a business model standpoint, I really like how Gary Keller lays it out in the "Millionaire Real Estate Agent". I'm not much of a fan of his brokerage's "profit sharing model" but that's another story.

A very valid suggestion. Of course, it comes with the qualifier that one should imitate top agents' methods to the extent that it is within one's means and ability. For example, a new agent may not have as money to spend on advertising as does a top agent. A new agent may or may not be able to generate enough business in enough time through referrals to pay the bills. But overall I agree that one should always look to those who have achieved success as possible models to emulate.

Emulate successful business plans and integrate it with your own brand, deliver a new level of professionalism (which distinguishes you from your competitors). Great advice, moving.

    Default 50% agree/50% i dont

While i do agree you should do what the top agents are doing because its obviously working YOU have got to experiment and explore other avenues. Those same TOP agents tried new things and it worked for them and thats why some of them are at the top. The same can happen for you too
