Default How Social Media Changed Real Estate Investing

While search engines such as Google and Yahoo! dominate the Internet industry, a new kind of media is taking the online advertising and marketing community by storm.
Its called Social Media, and many industry analysts believe that this medium will rule the online world in the coming years.

Social Media relies on user-generated content to disseminate ideas, products, services, and etc. This media transforms people from mere content consumers into content producers.
The popularity of Social Media has encouraged companies worldwide to take advantage of this growing medium, which is affecting nearly all industries that have extensive presence on the Internet.

I agree with this news. Ever since there are free social networks, either you have a small/medium/large scale business, you can make a free account, you can utilize and maximize it for your business needs. So, like if you a site, you even make a facebook account or wordpress account too.

You are right as social media offers a lot of creativity and non-traditional ways of promotion. That's why more and more people use social media as because everyone can do social media advertising.

I agree, and to my own point of view. Search advertising is probably the most effective form of marketing ever invented.

Default Best social media site for real estate

In my opinion LinkedIn is the most effective for real estate professionals.

My partner and I offer POF services and help commercial buyers find REO deals. We have been able to quickly grow our contact list of potential clients exclusively through LinkedIn.
