The popularity of Social Media has encouraged companies worldwide to take advantage of this growing medium, which is affecting nearly all industries that have extensive presence on the Internet.

I agree with this news. Ever since there are free social networks, either you have a small/medium/large scale business, you can make a free account, you can utilize and maximize it for your business needs. So, like if you a site, you even make a facebook account or wordpress account too.

You are right as social media offers a lot of creativity and non-traditional ways of promotion. That's why more and more people use social media as because everyone can do social media advertising.

Yes, and because its free, anybody can market their websites easily. Real Estate Investors grab this opportunity and use social media to promote their businesses. But it still depends on the content of every posts, to make viewers/readers get the interests on their websites.

Most probably I agreed with fact that social media dominant almost all types of business investments through its internet marketing strategies, it has changed the whole scope and system of investments although now every business or non business proprietors are market for their website directly through search engines to overlap investments.

Best social media site for real estate
In my opinion LinkedIn is the most effective for real estate professionals.
My partner and I offer POF services and help commercial buyers find REO deals. We have been able to quickly grow our contact list of potential clients exclusively through LinkedIn.
