Perhaps you can compile all your musings into a single thread instead of posting a number of different threads basically saying the same thing. Your cooperation will be appreciated.

Good ideas, but badly organized. These are the ideas which are excellent for real estate online promotion, but if we don't mean internet, then they don't work of course.

Aside from SEO, you can also generate leads from social media such as facebook, twitter, linkedin, and other popular social media networking sites. Posting on classified ads can also help, this can be through craigslist, backpage, kijiji and more. Having a good squeeze page is a best to capture names.

Lots of good points. However, I might replace "lots of content" in #1 with "useful, interesting, sought-out and keyword rich content." Great post still!

Networking, nurturing business relations with industry people like estate agents, brokers etc. can also help
The key however is to find motivated sellers - internet marketing, leaflets, local newspaper ads etc. are other proven ways
