Default Real Estate Marketing Tip: FACEBOOK DETHRONES GOOGLE

Last week, Facebook became the number 1 most visited website on the Web. Given this, Internet marketers are asking:

I think using social media networks is part of doing SEO. Social Media is the new medium to get your site promoted as well as your business services online. SE like Google will determine the result of SEO which is Social Networking is only a part of it.

The unrelenting advancement of the Internet has drastically changed the way people manage their real estate investing business.
Gone are the days of direct mail marketing (well, sort of) as investors focus their attention on promoting their products and services on the Internet, which is being used by more and more people every day.

great post! i'm getting into the business myself and will be using FB, Twitter and a personal blog to get people educated about real estate. when it comes to action time, they will hopefully be calling on me to represent them. FB is a great way to start this word of mouth for your company and a source for lead-gen but shouldn't exhaust your internet presence.

    thx for posting!
