    Default Real Estate Coach Questioned

If you want to succeed in any type of business, you don’t just get into the battlefield without getting all your weapons ready.
This is why many beginners always feel the big need to find a good real estate coach or if not a coach, to find useful self-help materials at the very least.

If you want to really learn the meat and potatoes of the business, join an REI club, build a network of your own, and learn from your fellow real estate investors.

Default Question: How to Find Good People at REI Club?

As you get more experience, you can better defend yourself in the sense that you can use your experience to filter who is trying to prey on the newbies and who takes pride with helping them.

However, at first, a newbie investor doesn't have the experience to have a legitimate filter.

Does anyone on here have any suggestions about how a new investor can go to a Real Estate Investment club and find the RIGHT people to help instead of the predators?

Agree. You can learn from RE and newbies can also learn from reading blogs and joining active forums. They really need guidance which can be achieved either by personal communication on professionals or by reading.
