step 1. Get a website that has IDX on it and Lead capture on it.
step 2. Pay an seo consultant to get you in the top rankings of google
step 3 have a team in place to be able to answer all of the calls and take care of all of the buyers.

I'm curious how much you pay an SEO consultant to get you on the first page. Having a wife in advertising sales who sells this kind of stuff always amazes me how much people pay for SEO stuff.

Most of it once you get in and get some experience is fairly easy to do. Although real estate is much more competitive but even with that many times SEO guys just outsource their stuff to India for cheap.

My next project is to setup a consulting business to get people on the top of the Google map box. There's some serious money for people on top of that.

Yes, those 3 steps can lead to a successful internet lead system but there of course is alot more to it than that. Lead conversion is incredible important

Outsourcing for your product to be promoted is a good thing and very cost effective but be very vigilant who do you deal with. Owners responsibility is to monitor wisely the progress of your product over the internet and I would suggest to have basic knowledge about SEO.

Yes it's good for the owner to have a knowledge on SEO if he wants someone to promote his website. It will help him see the site if there's an increase on its traffic and rankings.
