Easy Craigslist posting
I found an amazing marketing opportunity through Craigslist.com. The company is called ZingLister. They will automatically post your real estate listings on Craigslist for about $1 per day.
Check it out zinglister.com

For those of you with credit problems, a good source of bad credit lenders may be found

There are a few emerging posting services now. I have used TopPost.com, they
are very reputable and much cheaper.

Actually, response has been very good. I am running only a mildly aggressive
campaign currently (meaning I only post once a day in busy cities) and my
average CPC is 5 cents, which in the grander scheme of things is pretty
good. I have focused on very targeted categories and tailored my creative to
match.
The biggest consideration when choosing a service is their post to ban
ratio. Some services lack the required infrastructure to keep your posts
from getting flagged. It takes a complex combination of things to make sure
it doesn't happen as much.

I post a lot on craigslist, all of my listings go there, and lately Ive seen a lot of response from that site, seems like a lot of property searches happen there as Ive seen an increase in my volume since i started posting my listings there, best of all its free.

another free posting noted on craigslist
If you guys are looking for FREE listing service, I also noted a FREE web listing on craigslist recently. It's called mflisting (dotcom) . It is a free listing focusing on multifamily. looks like they just started though, so the exposure may not be as high as craigslist, but it's FREE
