Hi guys, I've been using dailycl.com to post my ads on CL, they post your ads for you on daily basis, amazing rates, 100% reliable service. Be awesome and boost your sales!

I also post my ads on craiglist but i dont use any tools or service for submission. manual posting is best for me.

Craigslist is really reliable when it comes to property marketing.
That tools seems interesting.It will be very useful in posting properties in CL where you might get potential clients.

I love craigslist. That's actually how I found my house!
I do not understand why go to a listing service for it though? Why not just add them yourself for FREE? It's very easy.

Craigslist as a Great Starting Point
As long as you stay on top of your postings, I think Craigslist is great as a way to get someone into your marketing funnel. I don't really use it as the main way to communicate my property message. However, you can quickly get in front of a lot of prospects and then port them over to better marketing platforms.

Craigslist is the most famous online classified that a lot of people using. THis is where they post their ads. There are specific categories for each advertisement.. Posting properties there will be visible to lot of potential clients.

Classified ads such as craigslist and ebay sure gives huge traffic to your website/blog. Anyways, thank you for sharing the link it looks interesting.

I have tried a few craigs list posters but prefer to run my own ads. I am constantly tweeking my ads to stay above the crowd. Consistency is key I have found
