There are lots of ways to advertise your new homes, you can try posting on classified ads, forums and social network sites. Or you can try off-line marketing like posting on newspapers and giving out some flyers, pamphlets to your community..

In this internet world it is very easy to advertise. You can reach a huge number of peoples through the social network sites; this will help you a lot to get more leads. You may also post your ad on classifieds. So many classifieds sites are there which allow you to post the free ad you may use that service.
If you can't do this work; no one can do this.

If we speak about the Internet, then you should go to some sites and advertize your property. Also you can use TV, radio or even papers. Then some flyers and so on.

depends on your angle. Are you a realtor, builder, or developer? Who are you marketing to agents, inspectors, home buyers, etc? You need to establish these parameters to develop a targeted campaign

You can try creating a website to market the homes you sell or make your blog where you can posts and market those. Posting on classified ads is a good idea as well.

Simple, hire a MIRM. A MIRM is a, Member, Institute of Residential Marketing. Basically, they are at the top echelon of new construction marketing.

I'm just wrapping up my MIRM classes through National Association of Home Builders and have been very impressed at what I've learned.

I've been in the Real Estate Biz in Boise Idaho for over 5 years and have never seen the marketing capabilities and techniques that are available.

In short, there are three kinds of marketing: marketing, Marketing and MARKETING.

Each one is a very specific function of the whole.

    marketing:
This is the promotional sub-tactic of your business. This is where traffic generation, merchandising and sales happen.

    Marketing:
These are you marketing tactics: Place (location, geographic mix), Product (depth of offering and quality performance), Price (breadth of offering and price performance)

    MARKETING:
This is your corporate strategy: Company (what do you do well?), Customer (will customers appreciate your competencies and prejudices?) Competition (what are the competencies of your likely competitors and how will yours compare?)

Most builders and their agents fail because they completely ignore MARKETING and Marketing.

Get a plan. Hire a MIRM.

Featured in your advertisement the best part of the construction site where most progress occur. You can take photos of it regularly as a proof that it is on-going. When you have website, keep your post about it updated together with good description on how it is working so far. and mention the target completion date of the property for the interested clients to be.
