What do you have to do?
For towns with less than 5000 homes you have to blog at least once a month. We not only want RE info, we want local info on festivals, high school stars, (we want it localized and interesting to keep readers coming back and then hire you when they are ready) You can stat too but its not required.
For cities with above 5000 homes we want you to keep stats on the trends (takes 5 minutes a week) and places more value for locals to hire you and for them to return to the site to see what trends are going on.
You may also get other Agents sending you referrals who know about this "ACTIVE" site. Again, no cost, we just want Active Agents.
