While there isn't tons of traffic for those terms, the competition is very low and I suspect with a little effort you could rank well.

Even better (because there is way more traffic), consider irvingtxhomesforsale dot net (which is available).

Make sure you have unique content for each, even if you are using domain or blogs, optimized it properly according to SEO rules. Do you use squeeze to capture names? Also, to market your business do some viral marketing.
