Default This cold and bitter first week

This cold and bitter first week of 2010 is a great time to create your 2010 Marketing Plan. Most of us hate sitting down and spending time on such an exercise, but putting goals and strategies in writing greatly increases the chances of reaching those goals. The tough real estate markets we have seen in the last couple of years make it even more critical that we evaluate what marketing has worked and not worked to stop spending money with no return on your investment.

Creating the best marketing plan for this year and all the years that may come is the best way to cope with changes in the real state industry. Planning the best strategy to get your goals is great. Just be open to suggestions and new trends and you will be fine.

Great point. It is so important to map out what works, and what is just a waste of money. The old marketing techniques just cost too much for the results. I actually cancelled a lot of my old marketing, and am taking that money to do even more advertising online, since that is by far my highest return on investment. I have done most of my online marketing for free, so actually putting some money in to it will take it even further.
I decided to give away my 2 favorite videos on building a free website that actually gets real estate leads! If you try it out, can you please email me and let me know how many leads you are getting each week?.

I think the idea to create a business plan every year is a good idea too, as you can predict some changes on the market and you will suffer less in such a way. But sometimes when the changes happen drastically you have not time to change anything at all.
