Hey Guys and Gals,

My listings have dried up, I have exhausted my friends and family.

I was thinking about calling local homeowners and setting up listing appointments. Also marketing to FSBO's and Expireds. I'm very good on the phone, I was a stockbroker for 3 years and have plenty of telemarketing experience.

Have any of you guys tried this was it an effective strategy?

Any help would be appreciated.
