    Default Direct Mail for Realtors

Does anyone know of any good REALTOR direct mail programs where you can target down to the neighborhood desired.

There used to be direct mail companies that specialized in targeting specified lists with your postcard, letter or flier etc. .

I think it is Joe Stumpf that used to promote the concept and it was an awesome tool if you just wanted to target a specific neighborhood.

    Hope that helps!

A twist on the orginal direct mail question would be a more targeted 'newsletter' marking campaign to a mailing list that has opted in.

I recommended this company recently to a client: www dot getreadynewsletters dot com

While the client decided against pursuing the newsletter at this time, it does seem like a great way to keep your branding in front of a targeted prospect list.
