Best Website Company
Hello all!
I am looking to start a new website. I am looking at z57, advanced access, agent image, point 2, and real pro systems.
Each has their strong points. I am wanting the site specifically for lead generation. I really don't care if I am even branded on the site, as long as it is pulling the name, phone number, and email address.
What company do you guys recommend and what kind of a conversion rate of traffic to leads are you guys seeing? Any advice is helpful.
Warmest Regards,
Brad.Follow up, follow up, follow up, follow up untill they BUY or DIE!!

I like how those sites look but have heard bad things about their conversion rate. I've read studies where they converted at 5% and that is after forced registration for the MLS. I am looking at shooting for 15-20% registration.

I have a z57 site. The hosting fees are expensive and they require a pretty hefty fee up front. I haven't gotten as many leads as I would like but I still need to give it more time I think. I haven't done any PPC advertising, so it's hard to get noticed. Their customer service is good, but there are some inherent things in the site I don't like that you cannot change. Ultimately a custom built site is the way to go I think, but it's really expensive.

Bones,
Do you know your visitor/registration conversion rate? They supply this number on your back end control panel.
Thanks,

I am guessing you like none of the above? Any thoughts on why?

Brad,
Since I've started my West Michigan real estate site I've been getting a conversion rate of about 6%. This month I'm at 6%. I haven't been asking for phone numbers. I did ask for awhile and got a lot less registrations. At this point I'm just asking for email addresses which are easier to get and give me a higher conversion rate, but it's hard to get very far with a prospect without talking to them.

I personally have been told to stay away from template sites to prevent having SEO issues.
