If you had a magic wand...
to deliver any tool to help you solve your key issues in the buying or selling process, what would it be?
I work for a company with technology that we feel would be well suited to the Real Estate industry. But, instead of developing a tool and telling you why you need it I am looking for your valued input as to what issues need to be solved. Then we can determine if, and how, to apply our technology.
Your input is appreciated.

It must really help in the CRM arena and be totally outside of the box based on all the tools that are out there today!

If you could develop something that could guage how serious some of the leads that we are getting are so that we don't waste our time on dead ends. That would be groovy.

re
@malcolm , good point.
You can check email/phone.
Email check is somehow simple - you send a thank you message to that address and if doesn't bounce back then is true. Remember that not all mail gateways are bouncing back.
Phone check - I think are some gateways to check the validity of phone #.
Name - no information on this, can be checked? anyone? - it's tricky, you have to identify also the area of that name, and what if name is misspelled?Last edited by teamaguilar.com; 01-19-2010 at 08:15 AM.

re
Thank you for your input.
So, lead gauging and management are key areas. I can understand the need for lead qualification but what aspects of CRM are you looking at when desiring a new solution? Do you want a better way to communicate through email, or perhaps social media? Maybe you could expound upon the CRM topic, either on here or direct.
Thanks,
Andy

re
Phone, Email, Social Nets doesn't matter, you need to be there for support

Solutions must be simple (intuitive), not fancy/complex. Remember that agents are not very smart
they are good on sells, not on learning fat CRM's.
