    Default Real Estate Professional Video?

I am a DJ and promoter of top Russian-American parties and events in New York. I am also a professional cinematographer. And now I am a real estate sales person. But most of all I am a businessman. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Studies, and Master's Degree in Television and Radio.

My idea is to shoot beautiful videos of properties and promote them online to my personal HUGE database of customers.

Is anyone already shooting videos of their listings? I am sure people are doing this already but I am also sure their videos look like crap. Am I wrong? Can someone reply with a link of a real estate company who has decent online video on their website?

P.S. Looking for partner in New York.

I am not sure it's a good idea to get new clients implying that their video "looks like crap".

I do videos myself, some for realtors and I also have a long-term experience in Internet marketing. Well produced videos are a good way to attract clients but the cost of video production offsets the ROI. I have a couple of examples where videos with very basic production made more money for my clients than high end videos simply because they contained powerful messages and direct approach. In today's economy, especially in real estate, everyone is watching bottom line like never before.

Unless you are selling million-dollar properties, people unlikely to splurge money on high end video services.

    That's what I think

I didn't mean to offend anyone. Especially video producers. And I wasn't talking about getting new client to shoot for. They will not be able to afford a professional video productions anyway. That's why I got my real estate license - to shoot my own private listings.

    Re: Looks like crap
What I meant is even top 10 real estate companies would not afford a truly professional videos produced for their listings. It's just not worth it for them. Therefore, I assume that their videos look like crap.

I might be worng. That's why I posted this thread, to find these top 10 companies who have good video. Do you know of any?

But I fins the idea itself not bad. Why not to make your business more attractive and competitive having video clips.

I think Moore has a good idea.
You should do a half dozens mini clip of properties and put that in a website.
A nice website with great quality clip and you may be in business right there...

I think they call it Video Marketing,if I am not mistaken. They market their business through video because it provides the viewer with detailed information about the property and it feels like you are talking with the agent itself when watching videos. I also heard, video submission but never tried to do it.
On the other hand, it depends on you on how to endorse your business in a good way. It is always depends on you, make relevant clips for your business and try to feature good things.

    Default Real Estate Videos

Publishing a video online is not a big deal today, however for this video to attract traffic one must take necessary SEO steps to ensure that search engines properly index your video and rank video content.
This is done through XML video mapping.

Good idea, but you still need marketing.
