Um was that a nice spam thread hijacking or what (by Mwendo).
Rollo,
- Why do agents need more place to advertise their listing?
- Why would an agent spend the time to upload their listings to your service?
- What protections are you putting in place to prevent agents from uploading other agents listings? (MAJOR problem with G Base)
- How could you expand on your service to make it more attractive to agents? (Hint, maybe automate the process of the listing going to other free services like G base)
- How can you get the most listings the fastest?

Well the reason why agents would want to take the time to upload their listings, would to get them onto another site, right now there wouldn't be a large reason as we're just starting, but in a higher traffic site as we plan to become. Right now the people who have posted their listings, are agents who we've designed cusom websites for already, and encouraged them to post listings as well, and have spread the word to other agents. As for the appealing aspect, word of mouth is better than any add. With getting listings the fastest, automating things would go faster.

If you could make it so your listings went straight to X number of other online listing sources you would ad some value. Next take that to some of the top offices is any given area and have them upload ALL of the offices listings for the agents. Now you have a hundreds of listings for any given area and are providing a real service.
No offense, but as of now you are like hundreds of other small sites withte same dream...in the way of that dream is R.com which the agent doesn't have to do a thing to have their listings on. Find a way to make it worth an agents time to spend the extra time to add a listing to your site.WebNewsForUs.com was started to help real estate agents grow their business.
