Default Getting a Website Up Quick and Cheap

I've put a lot of custom websites up over the last year and a half but lately I've been using the Web 2.0 platforms. My favorite has been Weebly.
    • They give you lots of templates to choose from that you can then easily customize.
    • They have a "clean" look to their sites. Not a lot of adsense ads diluting your message.
    • I like the fact that your URL can have your property name before the weebly reference as opposed to after it like several other Web 2.0 stes force you to do.
    • Their modules are a snap to work with, allowing you a lot of flexibility to build professional looking sites.
I use other Web 2.0 sites to get links and point to a destination site, but I have had a lot of luck lately using Weebly as my destination site. My surveys show that visitors don't really mind having Weebly as a part of the URL as long as the site looks professional and clean and has good property information.

I also use wordpress to build a blog to support my homepage. Wordpress is also easy to use and also many plugins to add that will suit your preference. One of those plugins I like is the statpress reloaded it tracks the number of visitors of my blog.

Most 2.0 platforms that I see look to cluttered, and full of ads. I think if you are putting yourself out there (as with brick and morter stores) put the best product forward that you can afford. Unless you can sent me to some 2.0 sites that are clean.

My personal favourite is wordpress - the inbuilt SEO is pretty good and just needs a few tweaks (the tweaks are well publicised). There are many free excellent template for a professional image - I recommend the Mimbo template.

Its not like that. Cheap one can not provide you much enough space for a good website. Be careful about this.
