It is advisable to invest now on real estate property especially on developing areas, because you never know 2 to 3 years from now the area will be fully developed and that will increase market value of your investment.

Yes,it is the best time to best because of the bill implemented regarding tax credits for the real state properties. There are good and affordable deals with properties with also good quality. No wonder,the buyers rate continues to increase.

It goes without saying that the plan is necessary especially if you deal with property and some investment. Now I think it's not the right time to start any kind of deals.

The present time is always the right time. If you have all the resources needed, money, skills, potential clients, knowledge in real estate, knowledge in marketing, passion, time and lot. Why wait for a couple of years? Opportunity rarely comes to our lives so, we do something about it.
